Inside Edition

The teenager opens up about the drama surrounding her lately.

Chelsea O'Donnell won't be telling Rosie O'Donnell "I love you" any time soon.

In a preview clip from her interview with Inside Edition that was released on Friday, Chelsea speaks up about her troubled relationship with her famous mother, revealing she doesn't love her and cannot forgive her.

It's the first interview she's done since moving out of Rosie's home in August. Though Rosie says Chelsea ran away from home -- she reported her missing in August -- the 18-year-old claims that's untrue. Chelsea says Rosie actually kicked her out, then lied to the public about Chelsea being missing and mentally ill.

"Some of the things that have happened in the last few months I can't get over or forgive her for," she says. "Kicking me out of the house, putting it out that I'm mentally unstable."

She then admits that she doesn't love Rosie, saying, "I care about her and I hope she's doing well. But love is a big word and I wouldn't really use that."

Later in the show, Chelsea talks about what it was like to reunite with her biological mother, Deanna Micoley, for the first time in nearly 18 years. Deanna, who gave Chelsea up for adoption in 1997, drove from Wisconsin to New York to pick Chelsea up the day she turned 18. Chelsea, however, only stayed with her for six days.

"I was hoping it would have been more of a motherly relationship she would have wanted, not a friend," she says in the interview.

Though Deanna told Inside Edition she was "forced" to sign Chelsea's adoption papers, Chelsea claims she knows that "isn't true."

"I have papers that she signed her rights away with the signature," Chelsea reveals. "She knew what she was doing. I wasn't stolen from her."

In another sneak peek from the Inside Edition TV exclusive, Deanna shares photos from the exact moment she and Chelsea reunited. Though she says they are not on speaking terms at the moment -- Chelsea is currently living with friends in New York -- she says she can only hope they'll be close one day.  "I want to be a part of her life. I want to see her walk down the aisle," she adds. "I want to be there when she has her first baby. I just want to be her mom."

Deanna also talks about Rosie, alleging that the 53-year-old former View host adopted Chelsea illegally, despite Rosie and Chelsea both claiming that's false.

"I don't know how you can sleep at night, knowing what you did to me, what you did to my daughter," Deanna says, referring to Rosie.
